We never checked the car's history, but it seems like a typical, beat-to-hell EG civic.

The car was brought from rural Michigan. The previous owner had struck a deer but assured us there was no serious damage to unibody or front support.

All things considered, it was a terrible example of this car from a driver prospective. However, to race is another story.

Removal of panels revealed no damage from previous collision.

Previous car's owner left it outside with no windows. Interior was musty and gross, with most of the smaller paneling already removed.

The previous owner had all but destroyed the engine with an eBay turbo kit. We managed to get it running well enough (or so we thought) to go to title office, but a rod shot through the block on the way home. Almost made it...

Needless to say, the engine was pulled and the chassis is awaiting further disassembly before it goes to the body shop for repairs and a roll-cage .

There is a lot more disassembly to do, but the heavy lifting is done for now.
